The Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) requires retirement funds to be complaint with the Act by 1 July 2021. The webinar aims to provide more information on these requirements building on a previous POPIA webinar hosted by the IRFA.

On 24 June 2021 from 14h00 to 16h00 members of the IRFA Legal & Technical Committee who have gained extensive knowledge of the POPIA requiremenbts will discuss important issues impacting retirement funds. The topics that will be covered are:
